Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Credit Hire Fee Earner responsible for managing litigated files efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven civil litigation experience to join a leading law firm.
You must have had proven experience with handling a case load of credit hire and debt recovery cases, from the issue of proceedings to enforcement or appeal as required. You will have the ability to manage a case load of litigated files and obtain and review evidence. You will be able to work effectively under pressure to deliver results.
Other responsibilities are:
• Drafting documents
• Negotiating settlements
• Dealing with third party insurers
• Acting in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules and the Pre-Action Conduct Protocol
Proven experience in civil litigation and debt recovery is a MUST, along with excellent time management and organisational skills, working to tight deadlines and have concern for quality of service.
