The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented, dynamic Property Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Brentwood area. Becoming part of a growing department, the successful Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of residential and commercial matters from instruction to post-completion. Acting for an impressive client base, the ideal Solicitor will undertake work including: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; property finance; transfers of equity; development projects including site assembly and plot sales; investment properties; lease extensions and enfranchisement and; landlord and tenant matters.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ plus PQE gained within a reputable Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in both Residential and Commercial matters.
You will be commercially aware with first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development would be highly advantageous.
You will be driven, flexible and able to manage a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
