NQ Commercial Property Solicitor A NQ Commercial Property Solicitor is sought to join a leading international law firm based in Birmingham. The role of NQ Commercial Property Solicitor sits within one of the largest real estate teams in the UK.
The ideal NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will have a strong academic profile and will be training with a commercial law firm that has a strong real estate practice. You will have a dedicated seat in commercial property and will be able to demonstrate a desire to specialise as a real estate lawyer post qualification. The work undertaken by the team covers a diverse and impressive client base including developers, investors, institutions, large retailers and utilities. You will have acted on matters such as, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, property finance and property portfolio management and corporate support.
