With numerous awards and accreditations, our client is a highly successful and progressive law firm in Uckfield with an expanding number of offices around the South East who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their busy team. They are client oriented with a focus on delivering the best of service to all clients both individuals and businesses.
THE ROLE
A new and exciting role has come up for an Employment Solicitor in the Uckfield area. Ideally the successful Solicitor will be highly experienced in general employment matters and will undertake duties including: advising commercial clients on restrictive covenants; employment tribunal; TUPE; unfair dismissal; redundancy and; restructuring among others. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least two years’ PQE gained within a similar department.
You will have an in depth expertise in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious matters.
You must have an aptitude for business development.
Experience in business immigration is desirable.
You will be IT literate, personable, ambitious and flexible in your work.
You will be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision.
