You will work in the wealth team and will be working closely with the Estate Planning Department.

Reporting to the Head of Estate Planning, this is a technical role which requires in-depth knowledge of all aspects of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Taxation, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate Administration.

Your main responsibilities will include;

• Checking and signing off Wills
• Providing estate planning, tax and trust advice.
• Support and training to other more junior team members.
• Setting up projects and ongoing review of procedure.
• Quality control support.
• Drafting of trust deeds.

The Person

You are likely to have at least 5 years experience in private client matters. You must have an in-depth Wills & Trust knowledge and Probate & Estate Administration experience. Ideally you will also have supervisory and management experience. A degree of commercial acumen would be advantageous.

You don' need to be a fully qualified solicitor as the experience is key here.
