Real Estate Paralegal - Leeds City Centre. National Real Estate team in Leeds who cover every aspect of commercial real estate work including planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution require a Paralegal to join their expanding team.
This role is to manage a caseload of commercial real estate cases primarily dealing with the granting of leases, lease renewals, deeds of surrender and deeds of variations for a major client and provide support to other members of the team.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 12 months commercial property/real estate experience and have excellent academics. Only candidates that meet this criteria will be considered.
Salary £18,000.
