Family Solicitor or Legal Executive

A fantastic family vacancy suitable for either a solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years’ PQE and who is competent not to require supervision.

The firm is well established in the leafy town Farnham and has a modern, forward-looking approach. It offers an extensive range of services in a friendly and collegiate office environment.

This position takes over from the current solicitor so you will be working on an existing caseload of private family matters. These will include divorce, mainly finance matters, cohabitee and children disputes. It would be an asset if you have experience in general litigation but it is not essential.

Ideal candidates will have a strong family background with either a member of Resolution or trained in a collaborative/ mediation approach.
