COMMERCIAL - EMPLOYMENT PARALEGAL/NQ +.

This NQ role is part of this firms fundamental growth plans and offers the successful NQ commercial/employment solicitor joining this team the opportunity to be an instrumental contributor to the continued success of the firm.

This role will be mostly commercial based with a slant of employment respondent work. IP licences, trade agreements, share sale, asset sale and purchases etc.

This role is ideally suited to trainee solicitor who has undertaken seats in employment and/or commercial; or a paralegal with a few years of experience. Candidates applying for this role should be able to display a good academic background and an ambitious nature.
