Conveyancing Executive/Solicitor

If so, I have the pleasure of working with a growing Conveyancing team based in Southport, which is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join its team.

The successful conveyancing executive on Merseyside will be joining an established and well-regarded law firm, which has a genuine commitment to providing the best service possible to its customers. The practice has already successfully grown its Conveyancing team over the last year, and now this legal role is available due to growth. As such, there is plenty of work there for you to get your teeth stuck into!

Ideally, the firm is looking for a skilled conveyancer who has experience of handling their own caseload, including leasehold and freehold files, transfer of equity, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. If you have any experience of private-client matters (or a mix of the two), this client would also be interested in your candidacy.

This conveyancing role is based within the practice’s modern offices, centrally located in Southport and close to all public transport links. It is offering a competitive benefits package, so please ask me for further details, as the pension contributions are fantastic. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00. However, the director is flexible.
