Senior Legal Counsel

The Company:

A global technology business specialising in the software and cloud space.

The Role:

As the Senior Legal Counsel you will support the sales teams on a number of legal & commercial matters including contract negotiations, compliance and regulation.

Using your skills and experience you will:

• Negotiate and draft high value B2B contracts, specifically software licenses, cloud solutions and service agreements
• Advise stakeholders on data privacy, GDPR and corporate governance
• Provide support on ad-hoc legal matters including employment law, compliance and dispute resolution
• Create and implement training to senior executives across EMEA

You:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE. You will have trained at a leading city or regional firm and ideally have recent in-house experience with a technology group. You will be comfortable dealing with customers on a regular basis and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
