The company:

Pure Search are working with a well know financial institution seeking a banking lawyer for its Birmingham office.

The role:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and mitigating legal risk across a number of business lines
  • Drafting and negotiation of lending and product documentation
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Project and ad hoc legal work

About you:

Candidates are expected to be qualified solicitors with circa 1-5 years PQE and a background in banking, finance or general lending.
