This Legal 500 Practice is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/CILEx to join their growing Commercial Property team. You will be based in the Hove office and will be part of the talented team.

This will be a hands-on role where you will be working on a varied caseload to include; acquisitions and disposals, renewal and termination of leases and related matters, conditional sale and purchase contracts to name but a few.

* Based in the Hove office.
* You will be joining the talented commercial team firm wide.
* You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEx with at least 1 years' experience in Commercial Property.
* You will work well within a team and be an organised individual.
* The salary for this role is between to £28,000- £42,000, plus an industry leading benefits package.
