A unique opportunity has arisen with one of our Sheffield based legal Clients for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their expanding not-for-profit Claimant Employment Law department.
You will be commercially aware and willing to actively assist in the marketing and developing of the firm, whilst managing a full caseload of employment law issues including;
- unfair dismissal
- redundancy
- employment contracts
- settlement agreements
- representing individual's in tribunal
- advising on disciplinary hearings
You will have a strong technical knowledge of employment law and a background in advising in matters such a redundancy, wrongful and unfair dismissals, restrictive covenants and general employment issues. Newly qualified solicitors will be considered for this role however must have sat a seat in employment law.
