Conveyancing Locum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner to join an established Private Practice in Manchester on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling a full, high volume, residential conveyancing caseload
• Dealing with sales & purchase, leasehold & freehold, transfer of equities, new builds, remortgages and unregistered titles
• Dealing with files from instruction through to completion

The successful candidate needs to have previous experience of handling their own residential conveyancing caseload. They do not need to be qualified, however do need to be able to deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing
