Property Fee Earner

My client, a highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential or Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their Property/ Conveyancing Department based in Sheffield.

The client is market leading, multidisciplinary law firm; they are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer/ Property Fee Earner to join their Property department, due to the firms recent success. They are open to applications from candidates with both Residential and Commercial property experience and candidates with one or the other.

As this role is fairly fluid, depending upon the candidate, on a day to day basis this role can consist of dealing with the sales and purchase of Residential Property files from initiation to completion. The role could also include handling a caseload of both Leasehold and Freehold Property, New build and Remortgages.

In order to be considered for this position, you must be a Fee Earner, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FILEX with a minimum of 2 years PQE within a Property department. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a Property Fee Earner looking to take their next step and really develop with a firm.
