Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer to join their office in Amman, Jordan. The team work with a large number of the top clients, national and international. With many of the partners acknowledged as top players in their fields, demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism, the firm have a reputation for delivering excellence in what they do.
The team are seeking a corporate lawyer with 5+ PQE. You will have gained hands on corporate experience, specifically with relation to public & private M&A transactions, PE and general corporate advice. The kind of work you will be dealing with is mergers and acquisitions, cross border and domestic reorganisation and regulation, due diligence and advising on sale structures.
