Our client is a global investment firm with offices in Abu Dhabi. The General Counsel would like to hire a junior/mid-level corporate commercial lawyer to his team. The role will involve a diverse range of matters, including, but not limited to, restructuring, investments, company formations and dealing with regulatory matters.
Requirements:
-0-2 years PQE having qualified in either the US or UK.
-ability to travel frequently to international hubs.
-strong commercial accumen and the confidence to interface with senior members.
-an interest in private equity.
