Housing and Regeneration Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Housing and Regeneration Solicitor to work closely with the Head of Department and Partners within an established, long-standing and award-winning legal practice based in Liverpool.

The firm is seeking an experienced individual who is organised, motivated and driven to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The Housing and Regeneration Solicitor position requires an experienced professional of 1-5 years' PQE within Commercial Property, though candidates with applicable skills from other backgrounds may also apply and will be considered. Experience within Housing and Regeneration is desirable but not a requirement.

The successful candidate will be confident dealing with high net worth clients across various Property matters including: acquisition of sites and portfolios, property disposals, security, leases, Landlord & Tenant and general advice.
