Sue Ross Legal have been instructed by a niche firm of Solicitors to recruit a team of Conveyancers for their Derby office.
This is a newly established firm, who can offer excellent opportunities for Residential Conveyancers who are either qualified, or un-qualified but have extensive experience handling their own conveyancing caseload.
You would be working as part of an existing team but will be responsible for handling your own caseload comprising the full mix of residential sales and purchase files including freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity and re-mortgages.
Our client is a firm believer in a positive work/life balance and although ideally you would be looking for full time work, they can offer a degree of flexibility with regards to working hours. They have a bespoke case management system that has been developed by them, for them and although you would be working without administrative support, this system takes away a lot of the administration work associated with conveyancing files.
The firm has strong relationships with work referrers and have become extremely busy which is why they need to expand their team to ensure their staff are not overworked.
The company offers 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays, free onsite car parking and is in the process of looking at other benefits including private health care.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to move into a role where they will have the ability to develop and grow their caseload and assist with the development of the firm.
For more information about the above vacancy or for a confidential chat about our other vacancies throughout Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, the North West and the North East, please send your details to us and one of our dedicated legal consultants will contact you.
Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants. Please assume that if you do not hear from us within 72 hours that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
May we take this opportunity to thank you for expressing an interest in one of our roles and wish you the very best in your search for employment.
