Childcare Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in Cheshire for an initial 3 month period.

Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly Childcare team within a well-respected Local Authority in an excellent location.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake a busy workload, with duties that may include:

  • ICO's
  • ISO's
  • EPO's
  • Care Orders
  • Managing a caseload of Childcare matters
  • Undertaking advocacy in courts and tribunals
  • Attending PLO Meetings

The ideal Childcare Lawyer will come from a Local Authority background, although candidates with private practice childcare experience will absolutely be considered.
