Opening for a Corporate Lawyer with UK experience - Global offshore firm in the Cayman Islands. High-value corporate/finance work, lucrative tax-free salary.
This large offshore law firm is undergoing a period of sustained growth and as part of that it is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join its highly respected Cayman corporate practice. The role is likely to suit someone with around three to five years’ experience of advising on high-value corporate/finance transactions, probably gained with a City/similar firm in London. Prior offshore corporate experience would be useful but is not essential. This is a great role for someone seeking strong career progression who enjoys being client facing and involved in business development.
