This is an excellent chance for an ambitious Criminal Duty Solicitor to develop their career within a flexible environment and join a much respected firm, dealing with high quality work.
The firm deals with all aspects of Crime and have a number of Duty slots throughout the North West, therefore will consider Duty Solicitors in Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Lancashire and Cumbria.
Your role as Duty Solicitor will be to manage a personal caseload of various criminal matters and attend the police station on a rota basis (both in and out of hours), including motoring offences, white collar crime, fraud and general crime.
Whilst the firm has strategically positioned offices, you will be given the opportunity to work remotely and will be given a mobile/tablet, and use of the firm's pool cars.
You must be a qualified Duty Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE. Higher Court Advocate qualification would be beneficial, as the firm is continuing to expand and gain more complex crime work.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
