RTA Solicitor/Litigation Executive

Are you an RTA solicitor/litigation executive looking to join a top 50 law firm in Manchester city centre? Our client is a successful global law firm which boasts an excellent reputation, in respect of defendant RTA personal injury. They are seeking a solicitor or litigation executive to handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims in their leading defendant private practice in Manchester. You must have strong defendant experience. 
 
You will be required to handle your own caseload of RTA files and are therefore required to have experience in handling your own litigated RTA caseload. You will be required to report to insurer clients regularly and work to strict court deadlines. You will handle cases from notification to conclusion. Ideally, you will have experience in conducting your own advocacy and drafting. 
 
It is essential that you have exceptional academics (good A-levels and a 2:1 degree or equivalent). In order to apply for this position, you should have worked in the capacity as solicitor, legal executive or litigation executive.
