General Counsel Switzerland, Professional Services

Our client, a professional services company, is seeking a General Counsel to lead, plan strategically, and develop the legal function in Switzerland.

You would be responsible for, among other things, all contentious, non-contentious, compliance and governance related legal advice, business transactions, complex litigation and disputes cases, managing external counsel and lead the company's best practices in Switzerland.

You are a lawyer, qualified in Switzerland, with at least 15 years experience. In-depth experience within the professional services industry is required. For this role, you need to have strong knowledge of the Swiss regulatory system, experience with litigation and disputes as well as managerial experience. Fluency in English is mandatory, French is an advantage.
