This global heavyweight law firm has grown significantly with a real emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region.   The marketing and business development function has grown significantly along sector lines and offers excellent scope for development, promotion and overseas secondments.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and has the possibility to be a full or part-time role (4 days a week).  The marketing and business development function enjoys a great culture as well as a creative approach and is going through a period of expansion under new direction. 

As Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing a small number of key clients within the financial services sector.  Primarily, your remit will be to promote client relationship management best practice, and ensure that activity is strategically aligned, proactive and highly focused.  On a day to day basis, you will work on major bids for key clients, manage marketing and communication tools globally to ensure partners involved with each client are kept up to date with client news, relationship matters and market information.  You will conduct relationship review meetings and generally advise partners on the client and where there may be opportunities to grow and develop the relationship and revenue, across regions and practices.

You will have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management within a major professional services firm. This will involve at least five years’ client relationship management experience proving revenue growth from managing key clients from the banking or financial services sector.  You will have the gravitas to influence and persuade partners and the credibility to liaise with clients.
