Description

The company's IP portfolio is critical to driving its success as such they are looking to recruit a full time Head of IP based at in London responsible for IP matters and IP strategy across the company. This role will report directly into the General Counsel

Profile

The successful candidate is going to be a qualified lawyer with the following skill set:

• Excellent IP experience combined with a innovative, practical and commercial approach to developing IP strategy;
• Demonstrated ability to manage and run an IP department with an extensive trade mark portfolio whilst managing day to day matters;
• The ability to operate across multiple matters and projects often with competing priorities;
• Experience and understanding of a fast paced in-house environment which is driving change and where individuals are expected to progress actions as well as give advice and operate at many levels in the organisation including rolling sleeves up and getting into the detail;
• The ambition to thrive in an exceptionally international organisation where the global functions must work with business teams across borders and jurisdictions to deliver specific initiatives to ambitious deadlines.
