REPOs Negotiatior

An international investment bank is looking to recruit a Legal Negotiator to join their well-established and collegiate team.

You will work within the legal team and will be expected to negotiate and execute agreement documentation with regard to legal specifications including ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs and GMSLAs.

You will liaise with all parts of the business such as credit or compliance to advise on the legality and procedure of all documentation. The chosen candidate will work proactively with their own portfolio of clients whilst also managing a variety of internal business tasks.

As legal Negotiator you will have an extensive knowledge of market-standard derivative documentation to apply in negotiations. This will give you excellent exposure and visibility across the bank, and is the perfect opportunity to develop your experience in the financial sector.
