NQ Corporate & Commercial Counsel

Our client, a leading cyber security company, are currently looking to appoint a Junior Legal Counsel to assist with a mix of Corporate and Commercial matters.

Reporting directly into a Senior Corporate Counsel you will assist with a range of Corporate and Commercial matters including structuring, negotiating and reviewing technology and consulting agreements, providing advice to various individuals within the business on IT contract law, general business law and intellectual property law.   

This is a busy role and candidates will need to have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and see tasks through to completion. Ideally candidates will previously dealt with a range of Corporate and Commercial matters within an In-house environment or have been seconded to a business during their training contract. This is an exciting role which will offer an NQ or Junior Lawyer the opportunity to build on their previous experience by working closely with a Senior Corporate Counsel within a business which offers genuine growth opportunities for the right candidate.
