A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer within an Investment business based in London who support the building of businesses outside of the UK.
The business are looking to appoint an individual to work closely with the Managing Counsel and advise on equity investments in businesses including the structuring, execution, portfolio management and divestment process. Additionally you shall provide support on legal aspects of equity investment transactions and review investment documentation for a broad range of investment structures.
