My client is a general practice and high street law firm that provides legal advice to individuals and businesses. They have recently further developed a number of their specialisms and are now keen to expand their residential conveyancing department by the appointment of a 3yr + PQE Solicitor to manage a small residential department.

The work is already there, with instructions coming in via a number of sources. They would particular like to appoint a Solicitor who has worked within a CQS quality scheme so that they can make applications to new panels.

The work is all residential and so the firm seeks to appoint an experienced Residential Solicitor ideally 3-10 PQE to expand this department. The firm has modern offices and offers an excellent working environment.
