Conveyancer – £25k to £30k – Leicestershire
Thriving East Midlands practice seeks Conveyancer with a commitment to client care to join tight knit team.
Role Description
The successful applicant will be capable of handling a broad workload which will cover all stages of conveyancing including both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage transactions, as well as general land transactions, assents, first registrations and transfers of equity.
Firm
This is a well established, traditional practice with a client centric approach. They are Lexcel and CQS accredited and have a tight knit conveyancing team.
Remuneration & Progression
A salary of up to £30,000 is on offer dependent on experience, candidates seeking a higher salary will be considered on a case by case basis. The team's size and makeup combined with the firms culture of promoting from within mean that this position has excellent prospects for progression.
Candidate Specification
In order to be considered for this position you must be comfortable handling a conveyancing caseload autonomously. Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and non qualified Fee Earners with the requisite experience.
