Our client is a niche family practice offering high quality services across the full remit of Family and Children law to clients around the West Midlands. With highly experienced specialist lawyers and dedicated support staff they provide expert advice and representation in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Lawyer to join our client’s Child Care team in Stratford-upon-Avon. Becoming part of a specialist department, the successful Lawyer will manage a caseload of childcare matters, acting for parents and other family members at all stages including emergency applications, case conferences, hearings and reviews. Additional involvement in business development and Child Panel membership would be advantageous.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive from NQ – 2 years’ PQE, with solid experience gained within a reputable Family / Children law department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a good working knowledge of legal aid and the CCMS.
You will be client-focused with well-developed advocacy in influencing skills.
Those working towards membership of the Law Society Children Accreditation Scheme are particularly encouraged to apply.
You will be driven, ambitious and flexible.
