Our client based in Shrewsbury is seeking to appoint a paralegal/legal executive to provide a professional service advising land and property owners in relation to telecommunications leases and negotiating deals, and generally assisting the team.

Our client is looking for someone from a legal background who wants a change. The company offers an extensive benefits package, along with real progression and support to undertake extra qualifications within the property sector, should this be something you would be interested in. The role would be very much what you make of it, but would include conducting reviews of telecoms leases, analysing the legal and practical issues of the site and formulating the appropriate advice to clients, as well as engaging with the tenant and their representatives to negotiate terms.
