Description

This is an non transnational role supporting the business. You will be responsible for:

• Managing outsourced work
• Supervising junior lawyer
• Be responsible for due diligence, collating all relevant documentation required for reports on title
• Liaise with the development team
• Be responsible for the Asset register and updating with all relevant information
• Offer technical advice on Commercial Property matter
• Ideally you will have Housing experience, however this is not essential

Profile

You will be:

• A Commercial Property solicitor with 2 years plus PQE in Commercial Property
• You will be assertive and have a 'can do attitude'
• Be prepared to roll your sleeves up and give anything a go as this is a varied in house vacancy that covers anything from complex Commercial Property queries whilst at the same time collating data, managing data and updating the in house property register
• Ability to work with all areas of the business
• Ideally you will have knowledge of housing law, although this is not essential
• Good computer skills
