Private Family Solicitor

The role
Acting for a range of private clients, the caseload will include all aspects of family law including pre and post nuptial agreements, cases with a business and/or international aspect, children law and cohabitation.
Working alongside leading solicitors within this practice area, you will work on a stimulating mix of high quality privately funded cases.
Fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and really progress within family law.
If you are someone at a more senior level then they will definitely be looking, in addition to you taking on a caseload of good work, for you to be someone who relishes supporting and assisting more junior colleages.

The candidate
The firm is looking for someone who is able to stand on their own two feet, hit the ground running with an existing caseload and who isn't afraid of getting involved in business development. They are either looking for someone around 2-4 years PQE, or someone much more senior but who, whilst loving family work and still being motivated by it are not looking for a short term partnership opportunity, but more of a 'legal director, type role. If you fall into this second category the level of pqe is largely irrelevant but the quality of your private family experience must be a given, as well as your desire to help and support more junior colleagues within the team on an ongoing basis.
They are looking for someone who thrives on being busy and who can adapt well to new challenges, in return they will offer high quality work, a lovely working environment and excellent ongoing support and development.
They also want someone as passionate as they are about client care, with the ability to be empathetic in sensitive cases.
