The Firm
A fantastic opportunity has become available at well-regarded multi-office law firm. The Legal 500 practice has Lexcel accreditation and a team of lawyers who are recognised for their excellence across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. They are now looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their Cambridgeshire team.
The Role
The firm are looking for a talented Corporate Solicitor for their well-established Cambridge team. The position is offered on a full time permanent basis and is suitable for application from newly-qualified to five years’ experienced solicitors. The successful candidate will be able to handle a caseload with minimum supervision. The work will include acquisitions and private equity investments. You will be preparing supporting documents for transcripts and supervising a paralegal. There will be a competitive salary package for the successful solicitor. You must be a qualified solicitor.
You will between NQ-5 years’ experience.
