Niche practice in Oxfordshire requires a talented Matrimonial Lawyer to add to their team.
Our client is a well-established, boutique practice based in Oxfordshire. Led by expert lawyers, they provide a supportive and friendly working environment, assisted by a team of experienced support staff. Offering tailored legal advice to a loyal and growing client base throughout the area, they are dedicated to meeting and exceeding client needs. The Role
We are now seeking a dedicated Matrimonial Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Cotswolds. Becoming part of a growing team which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of private family and children matters incorporating: separation and divorce; cohabitation disputes; pre and post-nuptial agreements; child arrangements; financial remedies and; civil partnerships. A commitment to a non-adversarial approach along with first class negotiation skills are pre-requisite for the role. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will participate in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in Family law gained within a reputable practice.
You must have excellent technical skills, with expertise encompassing all aspects of privately-funded matrimonial and children matters.
You will be client-focused with first class client care and negotiation skills.
Membership of Resolution is desirable.
A flair for business development and the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and other professionals is essential for the position.
You will be IT literate, driven and personable.
