Talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer sought in North Norfolk.
A multi-office practice with a strong presence across East Anglia, our client is a full-service firm offering personalised advice to clients both locally and further afield. With more than 40 lawyers who are specialists in their field with experienced support staff they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to all their clients. Due to continued success they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
Confident and technically proficient Residential Property Lawyer sought for our client’s practice in the King’s Lynn area. Working as part of a wider team, with a presence in all branches, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload incorporating sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property including re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity and first registrations. The ideal Lawyer may be required to travel to other offices across the region on occasion in addition to pro-active involvement in business development opportunities to assist in the further growth and success of the firm.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with around 1 – 4 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Conveyancing department.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills with the ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be IT literate.
You will be a team player with excellent client care and interpersonal skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development is desirable.
You will ideally have experience working within a CQS accredited department.
