Commercial Property Lawyer with a following of clients sought for a progressive practice offering flexible working and competitive remuneration in Leeds.
Our client is a well-established, boutique practice offering a select range of legal services to commercial and individual clients from their base in Leeds. With a team of experienced lawyers, they endeavour to meet client needs, delivering advice in a clear and concise manner, in order to achieve optimum outcomes for all. Currently experiencing a growth in instructions, they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Leeds area. With an existing client base to bring to the practice, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of real estate matters to include freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and negotiating leases and extensions, development work, property aspects of business sales and purchases and property finance. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities, further ensuring the success and growth of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years’ plus PQE gained within a reputable Commercial Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills, with expertise encompassing all aspects of transactional, development, leases and financial real estate matters.
You will have a client following to bring to the firm and first class interpersonal and networking skills.
A flair for business development is essential for the position.
You will be seeking a flexible, consultancy position offering favourable terms.
