Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer sought on a short term locum basis for innovative practice in Berkshire!
The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a specialist team on a locum basis in Berkshire. Available from early May for a period of up to 7 weeks, the successful Lawyer will manage a busy and complex caseload of solely claimant matters which may include: dental error; delayed and misdiagnosis; birth injury; GP Negligence; fatal cases and; surgical errors. The ability to handle complex cases and litigation will, therefore, be essential. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained solely within Clinical Negligence;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills across all levels;
You will be available for a period of up to 7 weeks, commencing in early May;
You will have consistently strong academics;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
Accreditation as a Clinical Negligence Panel member is desirable but not essential;
You will have a professional attitude and positive and pro-active approach;
You will have a desire for professional development.
