A niche company is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer with Human Resource background to join their busy team!

THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a diligent Employment Lawyer who is looking to further build their skills in the Maidenhead area. This is suitable for a Lawyer with previous experience in similar role and additionally has background in Human Resources with a good billing and track record. Duties will include: representing clients at employment tribunals; preparation of employment contracts and policies; Unfair and wrongful dismissal; redundancies; discrimination and Equal Pay Act matters. You will become part of the growing team contributing to the business development and working alongside other professionals and support staff, ultimately for the business development of the company. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with NQ – 5 years’ experience gained within a similar department.
You must have excellent academics with at least 2:1 at degree level.
Possess strong Human Resource experience and communication skills are essential.
You will have a track record of good billing and excellent client care.
You will be ambitious personable and diligent in your work.
You will be able to manage and represent clients in tribunal hearings through to finish.
