Are you a recently qualified employment solicitor with specialism in high value respondent employment work? Are you looking for a niche private practise dealing exclusively with high value commercial clients? Can you combine business acumen, communication and legal skills to ensure an all rounded service to vital clients?

If so, this role may be for you. A local niche employment practise is looking to make a junior hire within its employment team. Working alongside and mentored by a partner and solicitor of over 40 years’ combined experience. You will be expected to come on board and prove yourself from day one. 

The firm is looking for a commercially inclined NQ solicitor with experience in respondent matters, dealing with team moves, restructuring, dismissal claims, and a general business and HR advisory function. You should have a desire to work with high value clients on an intimate basis.

You will ideally be expected to have strong academics, have trained with a leading local firm and have experience with an employment department during your training contract. In return, you will be offered a leading regional salary and benefits package.
