Are you a successful company commercial paralegal? Are you looking to join a firm that can offer supported progression? Are you looking for a firm that has the potential to offer a training contract shortly after starting, for the right candidate? If so, this role might be for you.

You will be expected to have 12 months’ company commercial paralegal experience within a respected firm. Ideally you will have dealt with transactional matters and some litigation matters. You will be expected to have managed commercial contracts, contract disputes, sales and purchases of SME’s and larger companies. You will also be expected to understand company formations and structuring in relation to restructuring and associated work. You should be competent in issuing proceedings. Ideally you will have completed your LPC and have a good law degree or conversion from a recognised university.

In return you will receive a regionally leading salary for paralegals, you will also be in receipt of support and stewarding from leading commercial solicitors and partners.
