Litigation Paralegal

Are you looking for a slightly different litigation role?
 
My client, based in Exeter, represents a large national association and handles all litigated matters for its members. The matters largely involve property litigation, but also sale and purchase of commercial land, planning applications (contentious and non-contentious), breach of contract and environmental litigation, so your caseload will be broad! 
 
Paralegals with at least 1 year’s experience are encouraged to apply. Having conveyancing and property litigation experience will be a definite advantage. Property litigation experience would be ideal! 
 
This department is very busy already and have a constant and steady stream of enquiries, which you as a litigation paralegal will direct in the right direction.  
 
Do get in touch if you have mixed contentious and non-contentious property experience and are looking for something a little different.
