Private Client Legal Executive

Are you a private client solicitor or private client legal executive looking to join a highly regarded firm that is going from strength to strength? 

Having recently acquired another smaller local firm, my client has expanded its client base significantly over night! Due to the growth of the business, the firm is looking to add an experienced private client legal executive to join the team in Weston-Super-Mare.

As a private client legal executive your caseload will be broad to include wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trusts work. You will take client instructions both face to face and over the phone, advising the client accordingly, and then drafting any documentation as appropriate. 

Candidates must have private client experience and applications will be considered from candidates with 0-5 years PQE. Newly qualified solicitors must have completed a private client seat and obviously have an interest in pursuing a career in this area. 

You will join an established, busy, yet friendly team who will support your career progression.

No real need for business development or marketing, as the work is available already! 

Competitive salary up to £42,000.
