This legal 500 firm is expanding its employment team and searching for an experienced Employment Paralegal to join the team in Exeter. 

You will work alongside some very established and talented lawyers on mainly respondent matters, but also claimant work.

Your role as Employment Paralegal will be complex and demanding and candidates will be required to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst at all times giving excellent customer service to clients.

This is a customer facing role and you will have client contact from day one. As an Employment Paralegal your caseload will involve contentious and non-contentious matters including: litigation and dispute work, corporate support work (including large-scale redundancies, restructuring, transfers of businesses, and other employment work.

You should have at least 1 years’ HR and employment experience. Ideally you should have a law degree, and possibly LPC.
