Commercial Litigation Solicitor

 

We are instructed by an award winning legal 500 law firm to recruit a senior commercial litigation solicitor who has a focus on property litigation to bolster its dispute resolution team.

You will join this Legal 500 ranked team to handle your own caseload of commercial litigation matters with a focus upon property litigation. .

The team acts for SME’s as well as listed companies and the team as a whole deals with all disputes ranging from company/shareholder disputes to contract and property disputes. It would be a major advantage if you have agricultural experience although this is a preference rather than a requirement.


Ideally you will have around 5-8 years’ experience and this would be a senior role where supervision, business development will be a key part of the role.
