A highly reputable and well established Shropshire firm is seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their team over in Shrewsbury.

You will join a friendly, hardworking and tight knit team of conveyancers who work together to offer the highest standard of care to their varied client base. The firm is renowned for their property expertise along with their high quality work and professionalism. 

You will run your own caseload of Conveyancing matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgage and transfers of equity along with new build properties. 

You will already have experience of working in a fast paced and busy conveyancing department handling a broad caseload without significant supervision. 

Our client is looking for someone who can provide a friendly and personal service to each of their clients from beginning to end whilst ensuring the transaction runs as smoothly as possible.
