The firm is a full-service law firm and regional powerhouses and has seen a considerable increase in its intellectual property workload. They are looking to appoint an associate level commercial solicitor to join their successful and growing commercial group.
 
You will deal with a wide range of procurement issues, providing legal advice to the firm’s high value clients as well as drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. The team plays a key role in complex negotiations so you will need to demonstrate strong communication and client management skills.
 
The firm is offering a competitive salary and extensive benefits package including 25 days’ holiday (increasing annually), 5% pension contribution, life assurance at three times annual salary, and free parking. You will be a commercial solicitor with good knowledge of intellectual property matters and a minimum of 4 years’ PQE. This role will also see you supervising junior lawyers, so some hands-on experience with management would be beneficial. Candidates with IP, data protection, or good public sector experience are encouraged to apply.
