In House Legal Counsel - Corporate/Commercial

OUR CLIENT

This is a new instruction for a 2 - 5 PQE Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join the in house legal department of a well established and fast growing global brand.

THE ROLE

The post holder will be expected to work alongside the Head of Legal providing legal support to the business on a range of legal and commercial matters delivering robust, clear commercial legal advice to the business

The core areas of work will will include; the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, risk and finance matters .

There will be an opportunity to handle additional areas of work to include real estate, technology, IP and general business issues

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this unique broad ranging business facing role, candidates must have relevant technical skills coupled with a solid track record within a leading law firm preferably having gained recent in house experience

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership and communications skills and the enthusiasm to handle a varied and challenging in house workload
